A: The valuation of your caravan is FREE. You are under no obligation to accept our offer.

Q: How do I get paid ?

A: Our preferred method of payment is by instant Bank Transfer directly in to your chosen bank account but we may be able to arrange cash if you prefer.

Q: Which caravans do you buy ?

A: We buy any TOURING caravan, any make, model, age or condition, even damp ones.

Q: Do you buy static caravans ?

A: Unfortunately we do not buy static caravans.

Q: How do you value my caravan ?

A: We have over 20 years experience of buying and selling caravans so we have great knowledge and contacts within the leisure industry and current market values.

Q: How quickly can we sell our caravan ?

A: We will do our utmost to work within your time scale and can usually complete within 24 hours if required.

Q: Is there any commitment to use your services ?

A: No there is no commitment to use us. We offer a totally FREE valuation and are here when you are ready to sell. Many of our customers return to us after trying to sell their caravan privately without success.

Q: We are not allowed to sell our caravan from our storage site so can we bring our caravan to you ?

A: Yes of course, we’ll be delighted to see you and your caravan. Why not call in for a chat and a coffee whilst we complete the transaction.

Q: Can you collect my caravan ?

A: Yes we can. We offer a free collection service with no hidden costs – It’s FREE unlike some other companies who charge mileage etc.

Q: What if I still have outstanding finance on my caravan ?

A: Not a problem, we will settle your outstanding finance with the lender and pay you any remaining balance. (A valid copy of your settlement figure is all that’s required).

Q: Do I need to clean my caravan before I sell it ?

A: Whilst there is no direct request from us to clean your caravan please bear in mind that when selling anything first impressions are very important.

Q: What happens if you find an unexpected problem with my caravan ?

A: We base our valuation on your description so please provide as much accurate information as possible during the valuation process. If we do discover something major that we or you were not aware of we may have to make a revised offer which you are under no obligation to accept.
